• Notes

  Isaac bought him a greengrocers in Palace Lane, Penge. At the same time he was a turf commission agent for horse racing. His wife Daisy also had a shop, another greengrocers in Sydenham Rd. Served as a batman in the army during WW1 in France. Took over the grocery and general store when Isaac was killed, later selling the dairy portion.
